Our company started with three friends having dinner. As first generation immigrants, we reminisced long hard days spent navigating the financial system. From renting with no credit score, to juggling weighty loans and credit card debt, we had been put through the financial spin cycle–operating in a system built to punish the average person while padding the pockets of large institutions. This is why, at that dinner table, we started Ava to fight debt with transparency, simplicity, and results.
